Description:
This July, educators from across North America are coming together virtually to gain new skills for teaching climate change. We’d love for you to join us!
Hosted by Climate Generation and NOAA’s Climate Program Office, the three-day climate change education conference is built by educators and climate change professionals from across the US, Canada, and the Pacific Islands. Sessions will be online on July 15 and 16, followed by a regional cohort day for Washington and Oregon led by IslandWood on July 18 via Zoom.
This three-day experience will have powerful and engaging keynote speakers, meaningful discussion about the intersection of social justice and climate change, and collaborative conversations between a national network of climate change education leaders. You will leave feeling reinvigorated for the new school year and prepared to educate your students to be global citizens.
Registration is open now and scholarships are available!
